Blackfeet style beaded headband

We present fully beaded headband in Northern Plains style - Blackfoot. For beadwork we used spot stitch beading technique, commonly called overlaid (in contrast to the lazy stitch beadding technique tipical for many others Plains Tribes).
The floral design represents Rocky Mountain plants - berries.

For beadwork we used old colours of beads, brain tanned hide, red wool and calico.
